How do I create a new user account?
In order to register for events online, you must have an account with . To create a new user account, click the Signup link on the Home page (or click here). When the New Account: Personal Information page opens, enter your personal information then click the Submit button to create a new account.
Note: you must have an email address to set up an account with us.
What if I already have a User Account?
If you already have an account, but this is your first time on the system, you will need to log on using the temporary password that was sent to you and then set up a new password under your account settings. To have your password e-mailed to you, click here. If you can't remember or retrieve your password, you will have to create a new account.
What events do you currently offer?
Select the Event Listing link (in the left navigation bar) to see the list of events we currently offer.
How do I register for an event?
To register for an event:
- Look Up Event - look up the event you want to enroll in (click here to access the Event Listing).
- Add to Registration Card - click the Add to Registration Card button on the Event Information page to start the registration process.
- Logon - log on to the system. Note: if you're already logged on, this step will be skipped.
- Select Event Fees - select the event fee options (i.e. select registration fee, add optional fees).
- Add More Events - if you are enrolling in other events, click the Add More Events button and repeat steps 1, 2, and 4. Otherwise, continue to step 6.
- Register for Selected Events - once you have added all the desired events to your Registration Card, click the Register Now button to continue the registration process.
- Supplemental Data - some events require additional registration information (i.e. T-Shirt size, meal preference, etc.). If the event you enrolled in has additional registration information requirements, the Supplemental Data page now opens for you to enter your information. Click the "Submit to Finalize" button after entering the information to continue.
- Registration Confirmed - the Registration Confirmation page now opens notifying you that you are enrolled in the event(s). A confirmation email with the registration specifics is also sent to your email address. At this time, you can safely log off the system.
Which methods of payment do you accept online?
Currently, we only accept checks. Depending on the event, you may be instructed to either pay your local Extension Office, or pay directly to the conference.
What is the cancellation policy if I am unable to attend?
Cancellation policies vary by event. Please refer to information about your specific event at Kansas4-H.org
How do I cancel a registration?
You cannot cancel a registration online. To cancel a registration, please
contact your local Extension Office first. Then contact:

To see a list of events in which you are enrolled, visit the Registration History page then click the appropriate button:
- Upcoming Events - view a list of your upcoming events with dates and location
- Completed Events - view a list of completed events
